Remitly is hiring a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and help grow our remittance business. This will be an operational role with opportunities to help bring brand building marketing campaigns to life across America and Canada. Key responsibilities will include campaign briefing media planning and buying. You will partner closely with our creative team and agency partners to plan and activate campaigns.This position is a hybrid role (#LIHybrid) based in Seattle and will require approximately 50% of your time in the office.

You Will:
- Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead on the execution of our brand campaigns across the AMER and CAN regions to raise awareness and consideration of Remitly with our target customers.
- Develop fullfunnel marketing campaign plans working with agencies and internal stakeholders to manage the endtoend process. From briefing and media planning to budget management and activation.
- Work with our analytics team to measure impact of campaigns and build campaign wrap ups and reports to share results and learnings with the wider team.
- Support with the planning and buying of media across a variety of channels including TV Out Of Home print radio and experiential marketing.
- Building creative briefs and working with our creative team to deliver assets for our campaigns and marketing channels.
- Integrate with social media content and PR teams to bring campaigns to life through organic social channels.
You Have:
- An undergraduate degree (preferably in Marketing Advertising or Business)
- 1 years of marketing experience
- Familiarity with the basic principles of marketing and have an interest in learning more
- Solid project management skills
- A strong sense of organization and ability to move projects forward
- A desire to understand the Remitly customer and remittances with the ability to translate these insights into results
- Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $68000 $75000. In the U.S. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
