Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for demonstrating transformational leadership and growing existing account revenue and delivering direct contribution through expense control in production service and merchandise expense. Additional responsibilities include creating a culture of empowerment and engagement by setting clear expectations and goals and by nurturing a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Service responsibilities include developing a culture where service representatives consistently improve quality of service product availability and inventory management and grow business relationships. Operational responsibilities include developing a culture of continuous improvement to meet production and financial objectives improve safety performance and operate clean and orderly facilities. Success factors include Strong Leadership Skills SelfMotivation and Discipline.
