Job Description
Bemana is searching for a field Product Controls Specialist to join a wellestablished company in the Power Generation industry that is currently expanding.
This is a high travel role with regular visits to customer sites throughout the US. Provide technical direction and expertise to support design and implement aftermarket solutions and field upgrades for Microgrid control systems including switchgear and generator products.
Position Offers:
- $40$55/hr depending on experience OT opportunities. If your target pay is higher we still encourage you to applywe could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions

Qualifications:
- 46 years of commercial/industrial experience working on Generators ATS/switchgear and/or Paralleling Control systems.
- Experience in reading and understanding Electrical and Mechanical Schematics and Engineer of Record Drawings.
- Commissioning and field experience are recommended.
- Ability to troubleshoot Switchgear and/or PowerGen equipment and systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Up to 85% travel required.
- Work on industrial equipment including switchgear/switchboards Diesel and Gas generators outdoors around metal welding forming cutting and other industrial processes.
- Manual dexterity to operate digital equipment including computers and PLCs protective relays controllers and other such equipment with small fine buttons and operators.
- Ability to commission systems upon completion of field aftermarket upgrades and/or field modifications.
