Position Summary:
A wellestablished medical practice inOxford CT is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventative acute and chronic disease management to a diverse patient population
Perform routine physical exams screenings and followup care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists nurses and administrative staff
Ensure high standards of patient care and maintain accurate medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidencebased clinical guidelines
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Connecticut state medical license
Strong diagnostic communication and organizational skills
Commitment to patientcentered care and clinical excellence
