Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Contract Type: 6Month FixedTerm Contract (CDD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about home appliances via phone email and chat with precision and professionalism.
- Provide helpful accurate and timely product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting product recommendations and order management.
- Stay updated on product offerings ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on making every interaction positive.
- Previous experience in customer service ideally within the Home Appliances industry is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and maintain a solutionfocused mindset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
