Job Description
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 45 years of proven experience in managing or setting up day care facilities.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and care practices.
- Excellent leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols emergency response and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a structured ageappropriate curriculum and daycare program.
- Oversee the setup launch and daily operations of the daycare facility.
- Recruit train and supervise day care staff ensuring a caring and professional team.
- Manage daily schedules child activities and wellbeing tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with safety hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and regular updates.
- Maintain detailed records of childrens progress attendance incidents and staff performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR/Admin) to ensure resource alignment.
