Job Description

Position Summary:
The Service Leader Assist in Managing overall direction coordination and evaluation of procurement for the properties. Responsible in assigning and in monitoring PRS submitted by endusers. Assist Buyers in sourcing and accrediting vendors. Ensures processing issuance of POs and timely deliveries are carried out. Assists vendors followup with Account Payables payment matters.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Awarding of Contractors for all Preventive Maintenance requests.
- Handling all engineering projects.
- Finalize contracts for Engineering Consumables.
- Provide assistance in the repairs and maintenance requests.
- Maintain proper documentation for all purchases including approvals contracts and delivery receipts.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments and budget alignment.
- Track and report savings procurement efficiency and vendor performance metrics.
- Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing ecofriendly products and suppliers.
- Comply with all hotel and procurement policies and ethical standards.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Knowledge in procuring Engineering Materials
- Knowledge reviewing technical proposal of Goods and Services for Engineering
- Familiarity with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and specialized vendors
