Job Description
Were looking for a technicallyminded and detaildriven Product & Regulatory Compliance Officer to join a progressive fastgrowing iGaming company. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all game releases both inhouse and partnerdeveloped are compliant with evolving regulatory and technical requirements across multiple licensed markets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and delivery of the product certification roadmap covering proprietary and thirdparty games.
- Oversee compliance checks across the full game development and release lifecycle ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Prepare file and maintain mandatory compliance submissions (e.g. quarterly reports annual returns license renewals) with various authorities.
- Analyze and implement changes to Remote Technical Standards (RTS) as issued by regulators across key jurisdictions.
- Ensure internal documentation technical specifications and regulatory registers are up to date and auditready.
- Act as the main point of contact with test labs and regulatory bodies for all technical and certificationrelated queries.
- Advise internal departments on compliance considerations for new products or features ensuring all outputs are regulationready.
- Participate in the acquisition of new gaming licenses supporting technical documentation and regulatory onboarding processes.
- Monitor changes in global compliance requirements and relay actionable insights across departments.
- Support audit preparations and act as a liaison during both internal and external compliance inspections.
- Fulfil responsibilities tied to the MGA Internal Audit Key Function Holder designation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in product or technical compliance preferably in a B2B or B2C iGaming setting.
- Deep understanding of licensing frameworks certification workflows and technical documentation standards across jurisdictions such as Malta UK Sweden Denmark Romania and Gibraltar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage endtoend certification processes and support regulatory filings.
- Solid experience working with Remote Technical Standards (RTS) and compliance protocols in regulated markets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex regulatory material clearly.
- Selfstarter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with regulators test labs and crossfunctional product/tech teams.
