Job Responsibilities:
1. CRM Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with the companys overall business goals.
- Choose and implement the appropriate CRM software and tools.
- Ensure the CRM system is configured and optimized for the companys specific needs.
- Streamline processes and systems that maintain customer relationships.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse customer data to identify trends patterns and opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Provide datadriven insights to improve sales marketing and customer service strategies.
- Monitor performance generate detailed reports and make recommendations based on the data.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Develop strategies to retain loyal customers.
- Assist other departments in tool utilization and data interpretation.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales marketing customer service and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management.
- Communicate CRM strategies and best practices to the team.
- Train employees on how to use the CRM system effectively.
Process Optimisation:
- Identify areas for improvement in CRM processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Staying UptoDate:
- Keep abreast of the latest CRM trends and technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve CRM strategies and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration or Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of experience in CRM.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- High accountability and proactive in process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
