Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest cabins and public areas including bedrooms bathrooms and common areas On Board Cruise Ship
Change linens and make beds daily
Ensure all areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Fluency in German is required
Minimum of 12 years experience in housekeeping
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Physically able to lift and move heavy objects stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
