Come and make a real difference as our Repairs Support Manager!

Everyone should have a warm safe affordable home. As our Repairs Support Manager youll play a key role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.

Leading our repairs administration & scheduling team youll support and inspire your team to provide an excellent customer experience for our tenants. You will make sure that repair and maintenance work in tenants homes is booked in efficiently and costeffectively at a time that works for the tenant. Building good relationships with our tenants and internal teams youll help keep people informed about the work in their homes. Focussing on continuous improvement and with an aim to get jobs done right first time you will measure and report on delivery of your teams objectives.

What youll bring to our team

You will use your skills and experience to manage repair and maintenance works from raising orders to making sure work is completed to the highest standards. Wellorganised with an eye for detail you will lead on administration for our repairs and maintenance team including processing invoices and managing our fleet of vehicles. As a line manager you will support and mentor your team to help them grow and develop skills.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in repairs or scheduling servicerelated field with a good understanding of scheduling.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • Experienced in office administration and database management.

  • An understanding of the social housing sector or closely related field would be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 3 or GCSE with Maths and English or equivalent.

  • A qualification in database management or business administration would be an advantage.

  • Full UK driving licence
