Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative

Contract Details: This is a fulltime permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.


Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our clients in the health and care products industry. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Identify and understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs

Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service and sales processes

Keep uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales experience with health products is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Fluency in English and Spanish is required

Experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred

Technical Requirements:

1. Minimum 8GB RAM

2. Minimum 6th gen processor (i3 8GB RAM) (i5 8GB RAM) (i7 8GB RAM) / Ryzen 3000 series or newer

3. 10MB Download and 5MB Upload Speed

4. Must have USB Headsets

5. Must have a LAN Cable connection

Schedule: 8 hours a day with 1 hour of lunch break Weekends required. Between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
