Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Contract Type: Fulltime

What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional technical support to Germanspeaking customers in the search engine and digital space.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone email and chat.
- Assist with product inquiries technical queries and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge and continuously learn about new technological advancements.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and comfortable with English (B2).
- Strong communication skills customerfocused attitude and problemsolving mindset.
- A techsavvy individual who enjoys solving technical issues and helping customers.
- Experience in customer service technical support or a related field is a plus.
