Your Mission: Delight customers with exceptional design
We are looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive beautiful and usercentric experiences that make a real impact. As our first design hire youll have the opportunity to establish strong design processes from the ground up working closely with customers and crossfunctional teams to shape a worldclass product. If you are passionate about AI thoughtful design and delivering exceptional user experiences this is the role for you!
Your Daily Business No two days are alike
Turn product ideas into stunning userfriendly interfaces by creating highfidelity designs prototypes and interactions
Refine and enhance UX flows iteratively based on customer insights usability best practices and feedback from the product team
Own the visual language of our product ensuring consistency and polish across all UI elements
Work handinhand with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and a pixelperfect user experience
Your Skillset What you bring to the table
Significant experience designing digital products (e.g. SaaS Mobile or healthcare tech)
Experience creating intuitive UI and userfriendly features in collaboration with engineering ensuring a seamless UX based on user research and insights
Ability to design not just visually appealing interfaces but also intuitive experiences for a variety of user personas including those who are less techsavvy
Significant experience bringing ideas to life with tools such as Figma
Ability to break down and simplify complex topics such as ML and AI challenges into clear and userfriendly design solutions
Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English
Hybrid office life fits you well to be in the Berlin hub 2 days a week
