Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about leadership safety and quality care in longterm care settings Correct Staffing is seeking a Clinical Practice and Safety Manager to oversee staff education nursing practice and workplace safety programs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead education and training programs for care staff
- Promote a person and familycentered care culture
- Monitor compliance with BCs health regulations and safety standards
- Mentor nurses and support team leaders in clinical best practices
- Oversee incident reporting infection control and emergency readiness
- Actively participate in quality improvement and accreditation efforts
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (BCCNP) in British Columbia
- 5 years of experience in gerontology or longterm care
- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of relevant health legislation and clinical standards
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)

Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $55.00 per hour
