Cloud Operations Support Engineer

Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CloudOps Support Engineer with around 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career whos eager to work with modern cloud technologies and grow their skills in a collaborative environment. Youll support our cloudbased SaaS products helping ensure stability performance and a great user experience across our global customer base.

What Youll Do

• Help monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to keep systems running smoothly.
• Assist in troubleshooting cloud service issues involving networking storage and compute.
• Work with dev and ops teams to support the rollout and maintenance of cloud solutions.
• Write simple scripts (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell) to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
• Apply regular updates patches and security configs to our systems.
• Provide internal teams and customers with technical support and helpful guidance.
• Contribute to documentation of systems fixes and standard procedures.
• Be part of an oncall rotation for urgent issues (you wont be on your own!).
• Respond to support requests and help meet agreed SLAs.
• Stay curious and keep learning about new tech tools and trends.

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
• 2 years of handson experience in a cloudfocused support or operations role.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
• Good grasp of networking basics VPN DNS load balancers etc.
• Exposure to infrastructureascode (Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus).
• Understanding of containers (Docker Kubernetes).
• Clear communicator with a problemsolving mindset.
• Team player whos also comfortable working independently.
• Relevant cloud certifications are a strong plus (AWS Azure GCP).
• Exposure to tools like Prometheus Grafana or the ELK stack.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Bonus if youve worked with construction software especially in project controls or scheduling.
