Deputy ViceChancellor (Education)

We seek a dynamic leader to shape UOWs educational future as Deputy ViceChancellor (Education). In this role you will drive the Universitys education strategy ensuring UOW remains a top choice for students through innovative programs exceptional teaching and an unparalleled student experience. You will lead academic renewal foster agile teaching practices and collaborate with stakeholders to cement UOWs reputation as a global education leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a futurefacing education strategy
- Design and deliver forwardthinking curricula aligned with global trends and industry needs.
- Enhance the student experience through initiatives that promote inclusivity engagement and academic success.
- Lead institutional transformation in teaching and assessment leveraging AI and pedagogical innovation.
- Strengthen partnerships with government industry and communities to amplify UOWs educational impact.
