Job Title: Quality Manager
Work Location: Hung Yen
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with 2 Saturdays and all Sundays off per month
Report to: General Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and supervise the companys quality management system.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality systems such as FSSC Kaizen 5S and other internal programs.
- Oversee product quality control across all production stages.
- Investigate and resolve qualityrelated issues providing corrective and preventive actions.
- Host audits and inspections by third parties customers or regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and assess the quality performance of all departments and promote continuous improvement.
- Train develop and manage the QA team to ensure effective quality operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Indepth knowledge of FSSC HALAL 7 Quality Tools 5 Whys and other quality methodologies.
- Familiarity with current Vietnamese regulations decrees and circulars related to food safety and compliance.
- Good at English
