Job Description

Nashoba Valley Technical High School is seeking a Moderate Disabilities Instructors/Case Manager to join our caring and collaborative community of teachers learners and leaders. The preferred candidate will have a masters degree or above teaching experience experience and/or interest in serving in a vocationaltechnical setting and licensure in Moderate Disabilities 912 and an academic core teacher position will support a caseload of students with disabilities based on their disabilityrelated needs. Anticipated assignment includes the following:academic and vocationaltechnical support consultation with team members liaison among students families staff service providers and adult agencies if applicable completion of evaluations for special education eligibilityspecial education progress reportscompile information for and attend IEP team meetings postsecondary transition planning update IEP information for IEP proposalsother duties as assigned based on the service delivery needs of students
