Your Mission
We are looking for talented students to join our team between September and March. All CoOp participants will working alongside professional developers doing similar work on the game titles. Well provide the tools and resources you need to learn new skills/technology while you collaborate with some of the best in the gaming industry. The challenging and creative work you do throughout your CoOp will directly impact the team you are contributing to.
All CoOps will be conducted in person. Hosting managers will determine when and how often CoOp participants work in the office MondayFriday. All CoOp participants will have the option to opt into relocation services (flights trains or car mileage reimbursement). Additionally all CoOp participants will be provided with a living stipend to supplement housing utility and commuting.

Available to participate in a 6month CoOp starting in lateSeptember 2025 running until lateMarch2026
What You Bring To The Table
Engineering CoOp:
Work on console PC and mobile titles to solve problems within rendering architecture systems programming GPU microcode procedural geometry raytracing and performance analysis and optimization.
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Experience
1 year of working experience with C
Knowledge and Skills Player Profile
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
Experience with at least one gamerelated domain (graphics networking embedded systems)
Multithreading optimization (rendering and systems) and computer architecture are a plus
Practical facility in at least one additional language like Python or Rust

Comprised of seven main teams we have many specialties including big data privacy and security motion capture and animation pipeline technologies graphics build and infrastructure for studio development and data centers optimization systems programming and online services including matchmaking and networking. Eligibility to participate in these benefits may vary for part time and temporary fulltime employees and interns with the Company. You can learn more by visiting the U.S. the standard base pay range for this role is $19.71 $36.42 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
