Are you an experienced leader in manufacturing operations looking for your next challenge Our client a leading company in the structural steel industry is searching for aPlant Managerto drive efficiency quality and growth in their facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a resultsdriven professional to take ownership of plant operations and lead a highperforming team.Were looking for a jackofalltradessomeone who understands how to operate in all environments can juggle competing priorities and brings a handson mindset to highlevel strategy. Youll be expected to not only run the daytoday but also lead future expansion optimize systems and operate as a key player in senior management. If youre the kind of person whos as comfortable on the floor as you are in the boardroom this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with AISC CWB and OSHA standards.
- Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors fostering a culture of excellence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
What Were Looking For:
- 710 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
