About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute engineering projects from concept through implementation.

Analyze troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes involving hydraulics pneumatics and electrical systems.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate automation and PLC controls into production systems.

Ensure compliance with safety quality and efficiency standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation reports and standard operating procedures.

Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems automation and PLCs.

Proven experience managing projects in an engineering or manufacturing setting.

Excellent problemsolving communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
