Job Description

Responsibilities:
Application Deployment:
- Deploy clientfacing applications across various environments (development staging production).
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications postdeployment.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support for clientfacing applications addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Work with Client to get the UAT done.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues.
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in deploying and supporting clientfacing applications.
- Familiarity with Azur Platform
Technical Skills:
- 23 years for systems Engineer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# .NET Java JavaScript
- Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g. React Angular ).
- Must be willing to work from Office
- Must be willing to work in shifts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with querying Microsoft SQL database and understanding of relational Database
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HL7 standard
- Knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
