Your Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager your role is to support the Production Department to ensure that the company continues to produce and pack high quality products safely and efficiently. As a Fitter Operator youll ensure seamless operations by keeping our cuttingedge machinery in peak condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate & Troubleshoot: Operate and maintain hightech equipment across various stages of beverage can production to produce high quality products.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine checks and scheduled maintenance to optimise machine performance.
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Identifying mechanical issues and delivering precise effective solutions.
• Overhauls and Stock: Performing machinery overhauls and maintaining spare parts inventory.
• Data Management: Accurately recording and updating production & maintenance logs.
• Safety First: Upholding Visys Environmental Health and Safety standards.

What Youll Bring:

• Qualifications: Mechanical Trade Certificate Plant Mechanic or similar.
• Experience: Proven expertise in highspeed manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics and precision troubleshooting.
• Operating Expertise: Experience working on production lines and operating complex FMCG Machinery.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
