The opportunity
The Technical Advisor Capital Planning and Asset Renewals is responsible for:
Providing engineering expertise to internal and external stakeholders in the development of concept designs for major water and sewer infrastructure projects.
Managing key capital renewal programs in alignment with operational maintenance and inspection plans.
Building relationships with various external stakeholders and to coordinate CHWs renewals programs with external stakeholders capital works projects where appropriate.

Relevant qualifications and experience
Project Management fundamentals
The ability to select and exercise an appropriate range of analytical problem solving and investigative skills/techniques.
The ability to negotiate and consult with a wide range of project stakeholders
A high degree of competency in both oral and written communication particularly in preparation of reports.
