You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAbound Health is seeking an Assistant Program Director to join our team in Raleigh NC (hybrid position). In this role you will report to the Program Director. Youll help lead program operations staff support and service delivery for individuals receiving North Carolina Waiver or Base Funded Services. This role is critical to ensuring quality compliance and compassionate care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedule and prepare for meetings on behalf of the Program Director
Assist with program oversight compliance policy development and incident management
Supervise programs staff activities and provide direct client services as needed
Manage referrals and support intake processes
Implement quality assurance protocols and ensure proper documentation
Represent Abound Health at community events and provider meetings
Support hiring onboarding and development of program staff
Facilitate communication between Program Director and internal/external stakeholders
Participate in oncall rotations and support administrative functions
Ensure adherence to Abound Healths mission vision values and policies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or Associates degree and 4 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
Knowledge of ISP implementation Medicaid/thirdparty billing and compliance protocols
Reliable ethical and able to build therapeutic relationships with clients and teams
Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportation
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred or Associates with equivalent experience (as outlined above)
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location experience jobrelated skills and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health dental and wellness benefits which begin on your 60th day of employment.
