- 10 years of experience in product management of SAP S4H FICO FSCM TRM along with treasury operations like in house cash cash management forecasting credits and collections Capital market investments Foreign Exchange risk management etc.
- Proven experience directing all aspects of a product lifecycle from development to launch and support.
- Strong background in SAP S/4H SAP ECC Salesforce MSDynamics Databricks and other analytical systems.
- Experience crafting and implementing General Ledger Accounts payable and receivables Treasury Tax RAR etc.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with development teams to build product capabilities.
- Handson experience working with agile and scrum methodologies in software product development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to bring to bear multiple data sources to support business decisions.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fastpaced timesensitive situations with minimal direction.
- Experience in software product launches and working across multiple teams to drive product success.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
