PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Brand Management Associate who will play a key role in executing and optimizing brand strategies ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and driving operational efficiency in brand management processes
As a Senior Brand Management Associate your tasks will include the following:
1. Brand Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and execute brand strategies.
- Ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy adjustments.
2. Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement efficient processes for brand asset creation approval and distribution.
- Streamline workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce timetomarket for brand campaigns.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies to optimize the brand management process.
3. Brand Consistency:
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency in messaging visuals and tone across all channels.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners to uphold brand consistency.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to brand management.
- Collaborate with creative teams agencies and other partners to deliver cohesive and impactful brand assets.
- Communicate brand updates and guidelines effectively across the organization.
5. Performance Measurement:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate insights to refine brand strategies and improve operational processes.
- Prepare regular reports to showcase the impact of brand management efforts.
What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in brand management with a focus on operational aspects.
- Proven track record of successfully executing brand strategies and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in using project management tools and design software.
- Excellent command of the English Language (C2 level certification desired LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus). Extra languages will be considered as an asset
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
- Excellent use of MS Office

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) the official language of the relevant country.
