Purpose of the Role
The SharePoint Business Analyst will have responsibility of SharePoint Online and related technologies within the collaboration and productivity space. They will have experience with the SharePoint Admin Centre and good knowledge of best practise and of what tool when to get the best out of the productivity stack in Microsoft 365. Ideally you will have had 24 years hands on experience with working with SharePoint online.
Key Accountabilities:
- Experience with SharePoint Online OneDrive Microsoft Teams Viva Engage Forms Stream Loop Planner Whiteboard
- Adoption training and sharing knowledge
- Lists Libraries and Pages in SharePoint
- SharePoint permissions
- Troubleshooting technical issues relating to SharePoint
- Providing support via the ticking system to the company
- Fundamental knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI/Fabric Copilot Studio and Power Pages).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with the wider Technology group especially the IT and Cyber Security group
- Engaging with the wider business to support projects with appropriate project lifecycle management documentation maintenance and deployment
- Sharing best practice and adhering to the SharePoint Teams and Viva Engage Governance and updating accordingly
- Experience with Canvas Apps
- Experience with Workflows and Power Automate.
Requirements
Do you have some of the following
- Awareness of ShareGate and migrations
- SharePoint Project experience and/or Power Platform projects
- JSON knowledge
- Basic PowerShell
- PL900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification.
