In the role of Region Manager you will jointhe Commercial Broker team thats doubling down on winning together!

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Use your sales skills strategically to meet targets including operational objectives as well as customer employee and financial aspects
  • Drive sales through customer conversations and to improve the Customer Experience People Engagement and Enablement while developing stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor maintain and control optimal business resource capacity to effectively deliver operations to meet customer demands including forecasting future resource requirements and initiating actions to improve sales and ensuring Sales Leads coach staff in the application of these principles
  • Ongoing coaching mentoring and support of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role to take ownership of their business as well as be compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional and ethical manner

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in business banking with highly developed technical expertise including NAB systems
  • A good understanding of thirdparty broker structure ideally gained through direct experience managing a book of thirdparty relationships
  • Strong experience in motivating and leading high performing teams within an operational banking environment
  • Outstanding customer service and sales strategy and stakeholder management with good sensitivity to consistency
  • The ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure and work within a successful and engaged team
