The Opportunity
The Field Engineer position is a clientfacing role passionate about helping clients to realize and quantify value driven by our Adobe solutions. This position will require foundational technical knowledge across Adobe products and indepth strategic and analytical skills. Field Engineers will work to gather and understand their clients business objectives and provide advice on how best to meet their needs using one or more Adobe solution. In addition Field Engineers will collaborate crossteam to deliver on recommendations including both technical and strategic services to help drive business impact and support business needs. The role is based in Australia with a focus on ANZ clients spanning the APAC region and collaborating with the D&I Solution Team.
What youll do
- Be a recognized authority (by clients partners and colleagues) in softwarebased solutions & technologies (Solutions include AEP Apps Analytics Target & Audience Manager).
- Gain an indepth knowledge of a clients technical environment business objectives goals and challenges in order to provide the best advice needed to drive customer success value and return on investment by driving use cases with Adobe solutions.
- Effectively analyze sophisticated project issues identify the possible solution options and facilitate the presentation and review of the recommended solution.
- Efficiently multitask working across multiple client engagements at the same time as well as drive meaningful key internal initiatives.
- Actively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities and selfstudy.
- Interact frequently with clients via phone email and/or inpersonincluding interaction with marketers analysts web developers and Clevel executives
- Collaborate and work as a team with the other Ultimate Success resources on assigned accounts.
What you need to succeed:
- A deep technical knowledge of Adobe solutions mainly AEP & Apps but experience across other D&I solutions such as Analytics Target Audience Manager will be useful. Be familiar with core data concepts data schemas and understand privacy / security concerns.
- Strong exec presence and influencing skills.
- The capacity to understand business requirements and translate them into architecture design and development activities for our most complex Web based solutions.
- Showed strength in integration technologies and techniques across the Adobe Data & Insights solutions with 7 years of direct client experience.
- Experience articulating technical solutions and how they can address client business problems to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- The ability to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and partners in complicated situations employing strong facilitation skills while establishing credibility and trust quickly.
- Be selfmotivated adaptable professional and a champion of customer success!
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
