About the role:

As an Assistant Supervisor at Alleima you will play a crucial role in driving production goals and ensuring the smooth performance of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example for team members by showing commitment positive attitude leadership work ethic habits personal character and following Alleima Core Values.

Ensure communications are accurate and timely and reach all employees

Active participation and support of plant safety and environmental

Consult with maintenance personnel relative to troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment to achieve production and quality goals daily.

Ensure new employees are properly onboarded.Managing your allocated workload and meeting all targets as agreed with the Production Manager.

Coaching counseling and disciplining team members.

Resolving team member issues and disputes by analyzing data investigating issues identifying solutions and recommending actions.

Initiating coordinating and enforcing systems policies and procedures.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points equipment resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Providing strategy and direction on improved productivity and adherence to quality standards.
