The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager Fabrication (Level L) to join our Tube Duct and Reservoir Manufacturing Fabrication Team based out of Algona Washington.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team you will continuously lead and develop Tube Duct and Reservoir Manufacturing Fabrication Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles standards production health and problemsolving model.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and firstlevel managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals and objectives.
Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Manages develops and motivates employees and firstlevel managers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Algona Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience working in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment.
5 years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
5 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience coaching guiding and mentoring teams
5 years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety quality and cost.
5 years of experience working within a crossfunctional organizational environment
3 years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior or executive leadership
3 years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
