Job Description
This position will be responsible for leading the CAPEX project for our Winter Haven Distribution Center.
Additional Information:
1st Shift
10% Travel
This position is also eligible for bonus and longterm incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for multiple platforms and technologies.
- Ensure equipment meets and exceeds current Safety guidelines Conduct PHAs MOC Evaluations and other safety audits.
- Work with Environmental resources to ensure sites are staying in compliance on Engineered controls.
- Recommend and specify new equipment and systems in operations.
- Work with Global Procurement on Contracts and Pricing.
- Manage internal and external resource groups to ensure proper installation and performance of equipment and processes.
- Lead the site divisional disciplines (Process Design Controls etc.) and other project engineers to develop project plans including scope budget schedule etc.
- Train and mentor site and divisional resources (peers interns/coops Division Engineers Site Leadership Regional Leadership Divisional Leadership Process Engineers Automation Engineers external contractors).
- Project management inclusive of planning directing and coordinating all phases of capital projects from project initiation through project closeout including engineering procurement construction and startup.
- Manage all project activities with the site and divisional engineering teams.
- Ensures the objectives of projects are completed within prescribed scope schedule cost and quality constraints.
- Provide strategic project management expertise and guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Design and execute new Winter Haven Automation for the 1 gallon robot adding 281000 square feet of warehouse space additional racking 113 new parking spaces 85 trailer parking spaces 16 new dock doors
- Automation and storage system construction and startup
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have an bachelors degree or higher
- Must have eight (8) years of experience in Field Operations Engineering or related field
- Must have three (3) years of experience in Project Execution
- Must be Greenbelt Certified
- Must have successfully completed the execution of capex projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Business or Finance
- Experience in Project Execution
- PMP Certification or demonstrated understanding via successful projects of Multiple Project Management Methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ARC201
- Ten (10) years of experience in Operations Engineer or related field
- Distribution automation experience
