Job Summary

The Head Womens Gymnastics Coach is responsible for the overall success performance and conduct of the womens gymnastics program. The Head Womens Gymnastics Coach is responsible for supervising planning scheduling and coordinating all activities that fall within the program. The Head Womens Gymnastics Coach is responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of program excellence including recruiting highlevel academicallyskilled studentathletes; development of the team/players team culture coaching supervision of staff; management of the programs budget within established limits; scheduling of contests; and public relations/alumni and donor relations. The Head Womens Gymnastics Coach is responsible for conducting all duties and activities with integrity and the rules of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) the State of Illinois Illinois State University and the Athletics Department.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$60000 $70000

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree.
2. Proven ability to recruit train develop and retain highlevel gymnastics studentathletes to achieve competitive and academic success.
3. Prior collegiatelevel gymnastics coaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Masters degree.
2. Minimum of two (2) years collegiate level coaching experience; prior head coaching experience strongly preferred.
