Driving marketing initiatives to grow APP payment share in offline stores

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and payment acceptance for Amazon Pay across offline retail stores in India. This role will develop and execute datadriven marketing strategies drive the GoToMarket (GTM) for offline payment solutions create engaging customer communications and lead comarketing campaigns with merchants. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external retail partners to deliver measurable results in offline payment adoption.
Key job responsibilities
* Work on creating compelling customer value proposition and messaging frameworks for target segments across different retail categories to improve conversion rates and product usage
* Design and execute comprehensive gotomarket strategies that drive awareness acquisition and engagement
* Build and implement datadriven marketing campaigns by analyzing merchant segments and adoption patterns
* Guide creative development of merchantfocused marketing materials that reflect the value proposition and resonate with customers
* Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with merchant marketing teams for combined approach leveraging own and partner channels to acquire customers
* Measure analyze and report on key performance metrics including marketing effectiveness transaction volumes and retention
4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with onsite marketing lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Experience leading crossfunctional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
* Experience building and executing merchantfocused marketing programs in offline markets
* Experience leading gotomarket strategies for offline retail segments
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience in driving adoption of digital payment methods in offline retail environments
* Understanding of Indias retail landscape and merchant ecosystem
