What will I be doing As a member of our Spa Concierge Team you serve as a representative of the Woodhouse brand. You will be responsible for all aspects of cleanliness setups and maintaining all spa standards. Other job responsibilities to perform at the highest standards include:
- Using upgraded language to greet our guests upon arrival and departure
- Properly orienting our guests in the locker room areas
- Assisting our guests with booking appointments in an efficient confident and professional manner
- Assist with spa cleanliness and esthetic; providing quality service and maintaining a wellstocked locker room. This includes replenishing amenities as needed and removing any items left behind by guests such as towels and robes
- Provide immediate attention to guests needs; provide solutions
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of spa information
The ideal Spa Concierge will have:
- Positive attitude a passion for service and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
