Job Description
Position Specifics:
Schedule: Full time 40 hrs/wk MondayFriday
Location: 100% OnSite in Central IL
Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in theology scripture spirituality or related field is required.
- Masters degree in theology scripture spirituality or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of (1) unit of clinical pastoral education (CPE) at an Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Accredited Center is required. Must obtain within 1 year of hire if candidate does not already have 1 CPE from an accredited ACPE program.
- 24 units of CPE is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working with Catholic Health Care Mission or Spiritual Care or related experience is required.
- Must be a member in good standing within a faith community.
- At least one year of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
- 2 year of chaplaincy experience within a health care setting is preferred.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- Certification with National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) or Canadian Association of Spiritual Care (CASC) is required. May be obtained within five (5) years of hire if not already certified.

Pay Range:
$28.14 $42.21A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
