The People Services Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various People Services programs within QTS. Responsibilities include program development stakeholder collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will lead project teams monitor budgets and assess program effectiveness to optimize processes and contribute to overall business success. The People Services Program Manager also collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment of programs with overall business objectives and fosters a positive work culture and employee engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES other duties may be assigned Develop and implement program strategies aligned with QTS and People Services goals. Lead influence and participate in crossfunctional teams to achieve program objectives. Monitor and track budgets in partnership with leadership ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns. Identify risks and participate in resolution planning to ensure successful program delivery. Develop and maintain timelines ensuring programs are delivered on schedule. Recommend and implement quality control measures and metrics to drive program standards and measure program performance against objectives. Surface challenges and recommend resolutions to issues that may arise during the programs life cycle. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on program progress and key performance indicators. Navigate changes and adapt strategies based on evolving circumstances or feedback.Basic Qualifications
3 years of experience in talent acquisition program management or similar roles.
A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience working with diverse communities and organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and ability to design impactful programs.
Analytical skills to assess program performance and identify areas for growth
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Experience working with diverse communities and organizations.
5 years of military or DoD Project Experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Leadership and teamwork skills to guide crossfunctional collaboration.
