Job Description

B2B Outside Sales Representative

We are actively seeking someone to learn and master the companys products and operational procedures in a rewarding career within our fastgrowing company.

The Company: Our client located in Lakewood Ranch FL in a stateoftheart facility and is a leader in E commerce. Their core values include having a positive mindset working in a relaxed atmosphere.

Position: We are looking for a B2B outside Sales Representative to drive the expansion of the dealer network across the country. This role is focused on identifying contacting and converting new dealer opportunities from cold outreach to closing the deal. Once account is secured it gets passed to inside sales team for continuing growth.

  • Base Pay of $60000 to $75000 Plus Uncapped Commission Plan
  • Bonus is 7% of all new Sales
  • Paid Weekly
  • 6 Federal Holidays Paid
  • 1 Week PTO First Year

Requirements:

  • Monday Friday 8AM 5PM With 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch
  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Familiarity With CRM Tools Spreadsheets and Shopify is a Plus
  • Confident Communicator With Strong Closing Skills
  • Familiarity With Sales Techniques And Pipeline Management
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Effective Communication and Negotiating Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Detail Oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identify Potential New Dealers
  • Conduct Cold Calls Emails Texts and Send Marketing Materials
  • Present and Sell Their Dealer Program to Accounts
  • Set Appointments and Pitch Over the Phone/Video or in Person if Needed
  • Pass Newly Secured Accounts to Inside Sales Team
  • Respond to Dealer Questions Quotes Orders and Product Education
  • Attend Dealer Trade Shows and Travel for Key Dealer Meetings
  • Become an Expert in Product Lines
  • Maintain Accurate Records of All Leads Dealer Accounts and Sales
  • Maintain a Professional Company Image at All Times
