The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:
- Carpentry
- Drywall Repair/Installation
- Small Area Painting
- Deck/Fence Repair
- Door Window Installation
Proper Equipment:
Must have a good variety of basic tools and understand which tools are needed for each job so that you can notify the office if you do not have the specific tool for a job so that we can acquire the tool for you.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Be Presentable:
Polite and honest
A dependable truck or van that can haul tools and materials
Organized tools
Other:
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
