ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Client Engagement & Group Facilitation
- Interface and build meaningful rapport with current clients in residential and outpatient settings.
- Lead 12step recovery groups that reinforce spiritual principles accountability and peer connection.
- Design and implement a structured 12step curriculum tailored to the needs of the client population.
- Training & Support
- Assist in delivering Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) training sessions to enhance staff understanding of recovery principles and client engagement techniques.
- Alumni Program Development & Oversight
- Build and manage a vibrant alumni program that fosters longterm recovery and community.
- Facilitate weekly alumni meetings both inperson and virtually to ensure accessibility and ongoing connection.
- Conduct consistent alumni followups posttreatment to provide encouragement identify needs and offer reengagement when necessary.
- Plan and execute an annual alumni reunion to celebrate progress and reinforce recovery networks.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of 12step recovery philosophy
- Prior work experience in a residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment facility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals in recovery.
- Comfortable with public speaking and group facilitation.
- High school diploma or GED.
