We seek an Executive Director to lead the Gallery of Spokane in Spokane WA.
In this role you will drive operational excellence inspire highperforming teams and achieve full occupancy ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life.
What Youll Do:
- Lead with Vision Oversee all aspects of community management upholding Stellars standards and culture.
- Drive Occupancy Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents.
- Foster a Positive Culture Create an environment of care compassion and excellence.
- Ensure Operational Success Manage finances healthcare services customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Build Strong Relationships Connect with residents families and the greater Redmond community.
What You Bring:
- Proven Success A track record of rapidly achieving full occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Leadership Excellence The ability to inspire and manage a highperforming team.
- Operational Mastery Deep knowledge of senior living operations financial management and resident care.
- Educational & Licensing Requirements A Bachelors degree (masters in business or healthcare administration preferred) and a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator certification.
