About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. In this role you will partner closely with the Product Manager to drive the delivery of both our SaaS and OnPremise API design and documentation platform. This includes working with modern technologies such as Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
You will be responsible for translating product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams ensuring highquality customerfacing solutions with strong documentation. Collaboration with technical writers will be critical to ensure all deliverables are clearly documented and accessible to endusers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs business goals and technical feasibility.
- Own the daytoday product development process including writing user stories defining acceptance criteria and managing sprint planning and review.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of both SaaS and onprem solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment and clarity on product direction.
- Collaborate with technical writers to ensure all new features APIs and updates are documented clearly for external users.
- Support gotomarket efforts by providing input for customer communications release notes and training materials.
- Continuously gather feedback from internal and external users to refine and improve the product.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Proven experience working on SaaS and OnPremise software products.
- Experience in API design developer tools or documentation platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to liaise with crossfunctional teams including engineering documentation sales support and marketing.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence Product Board or similar.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver detailed user stories and specifications that drive quality and customercentric solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Background in software development or systems engineering.
- Experience working with OpenAPI Swagger GraphQL or AsyncAPIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise deployment scenarios and customer IT environments.
- Understanding ofKubernetes and containerized deployment practices
