Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee engagement performance management and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals and company values.
Partner with leadership to support organizational development change management and team building.
Drive initiatives around employee retention career progression and learning & development.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws statutory requirements and industry best practices.
Use HR analytics to drive databacked decisionmaking and workforce planning.
Manage grievance redressal and foster a positive inclusive and highperformance culture.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; MBA in HR is preferred.
7 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership capacity.
Proven experience in scaling HR functions in growing startups or midsized companies.
Strong knowledge of HR laws compensation structures and talent management frameworks.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HRMS tools (e.g. Zoho People Darwinbox hrmthread etc.).
Nice to Have
Experience working with technology or fintech companies.
Familiarity with hybrid work models and managing geographically dispersed teams.
Exposure to organizational design cultural transformation or employer branding.
