About the role
Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team and play a critical role in improving patient outcomes through highquality data management and clinical insights. As our Data Manager you will:
Drive Data Excellence: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical and patient data submitted to key registries including CIBMTR ANZTCT and EBMT supporting high standards of care and compliance.
Support Clinical Impact: Conduct internal data analysis and generate insightful reports to support clinical decisionmaking patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
Lead Regulatory Compliance: Manage and prepare data for regulatory reporting and external audits in line with standards set by CIBMTR JACIE EBMT NATA and the ACI NSW BMT Network.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with physicians nurses researchers and administrative staff to ensure complete and timely data capture throughout the patient journey.
Champion Innovation: Contribute to the development of protocols quality initiatives and datadriven improvements in bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy services.
About you
Youre a detaildriven collaborative professional who thrives in clinical or research environments. To succeed in this role youll bring:
Relevant Qualifications & Experience: A bachelors degree in health information management biomedical sciences or a related field along with proven experience in healthcare or clinical research data management.
Specialist Knowledge: Solid understanding of transplant and cellular therapy data systems accreditation requirements (e.g. CIBMTR JACIE) and the flexibility to adapt to evolving data protocols.
Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) health informatics platforms like MOSAIQ and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
TeamOriented & Independent: A selfstarter who can work both collaboratively and autonomously with minimal supervision while managing deadlines and priorities effectively.
Excellent Communicator: Skilled at engaging with clinical scientific and research teams with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
