We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Advisor Regulatory Affairs. This role will report to the General Manager Regulatory Pricing and Products.
A bit about your role
As a Senior Advisor Regulatory Affairs you will play a vital role in helping nbn navigate and shape Australias regulatory landscape to deliver on its purpose of lifting the nations digital capability. In this role you will provide trusted regulatory advice to internal teams and help shape regulatory strategy. You will advocate for outcomes that balance the needs of our business our customers and the broader community.
You will foster strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of nbn ensuring that our regulatory positions are clearly articulated evidencebased and aligned with our broader strategic objectives. This will be instrumental in shaping regulatory submissions engaging with the ACCC and other regulatory bodies and supporting strategic pricing and product initiatives. With a focus on highquality analysis advocacy and independent project leadership you will bring clarity to complex regulatory challenges.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring deep regulatory expertise gained in a network operator regulatory agency government body or professional services environment. You bring a strong understanding of access infrastructure sectors such as Telco energy or transport. You are confident working with data using your strong analytical and Excel modelling skills to bring clarity to complex regulatory challenges. Your ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into clear advice ensures that our strategies are grounded in evidence and accessible to a range of stakeholders.
You are highly organised selfdriven and comfortable working autonomously while also thriving in a team environment where knowledgesharing and collaboration are key. Above all you bring a sense of purpose curiosity and integrity to your work and are passionate about contributing to nbns mission of delivering better outcomes for all Australians.
