Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Using your ability to oversee the daily schedule and assure the safety of paint crews.
- Scoping jobs to determine the best use of manpower.
- Evaluating and determining the materials needed for jobs being worked.
- Collaborating with the team to help build JSAs and obtaining permits when needed.
Required Job Skills:
- Experience with Industrial Painting including sandblasting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to manage a team through difficult situations in a positive way.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Possess a drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to fill out QA/QC reports.
Preferred Job Skills:
- Must have experience with and knowledge of Paint Pots Airless Sprayers Blast Pots and Plural Component Sprayers. Must know how to rebuild all of the above.
Preferred Experience:
- 23 years of supervisory experience
Hourly Pay: $26.00$30.00 DOE and Travel per diem ranges from $125.00$150.00 per day based on location.
