Job Summary:
The HR Generalist Compensation/HRIS is responsible for managing and administering the compensation programs for the institution. This role involves conducting market research analyzing compensation data and ensuring competitive and equitable salary structures. The HR Generalist will work closely with various departments to provide guidance on compensationrelated matters and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations. This position also assists with HRIS system management ensuring the integrity of data and processing regulatory reports.
