As Service & Support Engineer Security you are responsible for startup maintenance (including repair) modifications of equipment applications software and hardware in a fast and adequate way to satisfy our customer and colleagues needs and expectations.
Your main responsibilities are:
Modify and maintain (existing) system components
Analyse and solve calls from customers or the Response Centre Europe
Perform periodic checks locally and remote
Coordinate internal tests Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Support onsite activities during installation System Startup and commissioning
Create/Check documentation like FDS Installation manuals backup procedures and troubleshooting procedures
Maintain inhouse test systems (hardware and software)
Basic design of Control Systems topology and network
Train technical employees either Yokogawa employees or customers at site
Technical sales support
We are looking for a colleague with:
Relevant bachelors degree or certification (preferable MCSA CCNA Citrix) and working experience in networking or Microsoft server environment;
Proven 3 years experience in technical support network security or process automation services following ITIL framework;
Proven 3 years experience in technical support for DCS/ SCADA PLC systems
Basic networking knowhow how to determine a route which gateway is default how to bind to another IP etc.
Good knowledge of and affinity with PCs servers software routers switches patching antivirus and experience with ITIL processes and ITIL ticketing systems
Customer oriented service minded practical accurate stressresistant security mind set
Flexible attitude and problemsolving skills
Good command in English (speaking and writing skills)
Native Polish speaker
Flexibility and willingness for travels to our customers site on request
Provide 7/24 Standby service
Nice to have:
Centum VP Certification
ITIL Foundation Certification
CCNA/ CompTIA Security Certification
Intermediate PowerShell skills
